Ann Short, BA, CMT, CR and Owner:
Ann has been a massage therapist for more than 13 years. She received her massage training from Sister Rosalind’s. Additionally, Ann was the Director of Academics for Sister Rosalind’s, developing massage curriculum for one of the most respected names in massage schools in Minnesota and North Dakota. She has worked with a diverse clientele, including Nationally Ranked athletes, individuals with chronic pain, clients who are just looking for stress relief as well as many others. Ann continues to seek out specialized training and receives massage regularly herself. Her training and experiences both giving and receiving massage has shaped her philosophy about massage. Ann believes that no one type of massage is “the only” or “the best” for everyone, every time. There are many types of massage and Ann is comfortable and skilled in using many different massage types and customizes each massage based on each client’s needs and requests. Rarely does Ann use just one type of massage in a session; she layers and blends massage techniques for a unique and effective massage experience.

Pam has worked with people with physical disabilities, those injured in motor vehicle accidents and those with sports and non-sports related injuries. She works with athletes ranging from junior high school level to Olympians. Regardless if a client is an athlete or non-athlete, Pam approaches the massage session the same way. Pam focuses her attention on body posture and uses a structural approach to massage. She will look at body posture to help determine areas of tension and will utilize specialized assessments to gain greater knowledge from where the pain is originating. Her massages are customized to the needs of each person every session based on discussions and evaluations. Pam’s goals are to promote the health of her clients and eliminate their postural distortions causing the chronic pain patterns. The most gratifying part about the massage profession for Pam is the satisfaction her clients feel after the session and the client’s ability to return to an active, healthy lifestyle.
